1. Keep your means of communication (Phone/Gadget or Computer) reachable/ON during business transaction period/time-frame
2. Make yourself available on delivery day of your item
3. KEEP history/records of chat/voice or video record during business negotiation for reference purposes (VERY IMPORTANT)


NB: It is the duty of the buyer to give us feedback within five (5hrs) after collection/receiving of an item. If no feedback from seller, it is consider the business  were satisfied by both parties (Seller and Buyer) and money is release to the Seller.
