  • Keep your means of communication (Phone/Gadget or Computer) reachable/ON during business transaction period/time-frame
  • Refrain from giving incorrect item description/ to potential buyer(s)
  • State clearly the condition and state of item by giving accurate information/description of item(s) during business negotiations (VERY IMPORTANT)
  • KEEP history/records of chat/voice or video record during business negotiation for reference purposes
  • If any “terms and conditions”, make it known to the potential buyer” before/during business negotiation
  • NB: It is the duty of the seller to ensure Item(s) is/are deliver successfully to the buyer.

  • Keep your means of communication (Phone/Gadget or Computer) reachable/ON during business transaction period/time-frame
  • Make yourself available on delivery day of your item
  • KEEP history/records of chat/voice or video record during business negotiation for reference purposes (VERY IMPORTANT)
  • NB: It is the duty of the buyer to give us feedback within five (5hrs) after collection/receiving of an item. If no feedback from seller, it is consider the business  were satisfied by both parties (Seller and Buyer) and money is release to the Seller.

1. DEAL

After both party have “agreed on a deal” (i.e you and the online seller/buyer you meant online/internet) (NOTE: Your negotiation should include mode of logistics/waybill, prices etc).

2.  PAYMENT

Make “payment of the item” into our platform

3. Fill the Seller / Buyer’s Form

Fill the Buyer/Seller form 

4. Notify and send proof of payment to us and the seller
